Our consultants' mission: to ensure the success of your projects

To support your on-site teams, Styrel can provide a team of consultants with experience in the instrumentation, test bench, data acquisition, electronics, industrial and embedded computing fields.

This approach is ideal when the requirements are yet to be defined, the scope of the assignments is to be specified during the project, or the completion time is not known. This is known as on-site technical support, or a time-and-materials project. It is defined by a project duration and a number of people assigned. It is therefore a commitment of resources.

A range of staff profiles in the R&D and testing activities

Profiles of project staff include technicians, experts, design engineers and the project leader. Most of our engineers are NI-certified with experience on NI tools (CLAD, CLD, CTD, CLA). 

In addition to IT skills, they are specialists in physical, optical, chemical or biomedical engineering. When we recruit consultants, they follow a standard career path that begins with a long period in our engineering department in order to become familiar with all the mechanisms of our methodology, before they might be selected for an on-site assignment. Lastly, to maintain their high level of expertise, our engineers benefit in particular from our continuing training centre, which welcomes several hundred students each year.

The success of the projects we carry out for our customers is ensured by a set of core values that must never be overlooked:

  • Paying close attention to the quality and expertise of our employees from the earliest recruitment stages. We have implemented a recruitment methodology that allows us to hire the best talents with the aim of building loyalty.

Above all, we want to propose the right profile at the right time, having of course checked that it meets all the conditions for ensuring the success of the project.

 

  • Supervising the consultant during the assignment. Our engineers are never "let loose" with no support from us. We always provide continuous support so that they can draw on all Styrel's collective experience. So it is not uncommon for us to bring in an experienced engineer to augment the consultant's work on site or provide additional expertise.

 

  • Continuously seeking customer satisfaction. Our goal is not to "make a fast buck" from you, but rather to build a long-term relationship and a durable partnership. We have been working with some customers for over 25 years: which shows that they value our services!
